Introducing Compass Adventures
Snowshoe at the Snoqualmie Pass
Welcomed by the crunch of the snow, wildlife and views of the surrounding mountains, this trip offers a great way to introduce beginners to the wonders of winter hiking. The route circles the greenish-blue waters of Gold Creek Pond with almost no elevation gain.
Our Goldcreek snowshoe tour is a great way to introduce kids or beginners to snowshoeing with a beautiful 2 mile hike around the Gold Creek Pond at the Snoqualmie Pass. With great views of the mountains, the trek maintains an easy flat grade throughout the trip. Minimum of 4 people per trip.
Snowshoe and Bru
The perfect combination of brews and shoes! Ending a glorious Goldcreek Pond snowshoe adventure across from the DruBru Brewery, guests can enjoy a cold one while they reminisce the fluffy adventure from earlier.
The group will start their day at Compass HQ before being shuttled up to the top of the I - 90 corridor near Snoqualmie Pass where we'll begin our hike. The hike consists of a 1.5 mile hike around a scenic and peaceful pond called in the Goldcreek valley. Finishing the quick hike, we will hop on over to the DruBru Brewery just across the highway where you can enjoy a taste local craft beer before finishing the day.
Each participant will get a glass of beer of their choice and will hear more about the background of the brewery and the making process from one of DruBru's brewers. Minimum of 4 people per trip.
