You spend at least forty hours a week with the people in your office...
You might as well get along.
Compass Outdoor Adventures offers unique corporate team building activities designed to get your team outdoors and working together while having a great time. Whatever your goals, Compass Outdoor Adventures will work with your group to design a memorable outdoor experience that will promote team building and a more energized team.
Only have an hour? We can get your team outside for a short hike to an amazing trestle bridge, or facilitate an indoor team building activity during a break, or get you and your team moving and thinking strategically all day.
If you have more than an hour, the possibilities are endless! Whether it's floating the river, mountain biking through tunnels, or chasing each other in an adventure race, we can build you a meaningful experience that your team will keep talking about, learning from, and building upon long after your off-site meeting.

Some of Our Favorite Teambuilding Adventures
The Great Goosechase
Who doesn’t love finding hidden treasure? Come out with us for a fun and competitive game where your teams work together around Snoqualmie Falls, North Bend, or even in your backyard to find hidden caches, solve puzzles, and ultimately beat other teams to the final prize, typically a cold frosty adult beverage and obnoxious trophy to go home with. You’ll come away with a great experience, a bunch of really fun, blackmailable pictures, and a new vision and camaraderie with your team members.
Snoqualmie Tunnel Adventure
We'll bring your group up to beautiful Snoqualmie Pass where we will start our ride through the 2.3 mile long Snoqualmie Tunnel. We provide headlamps, bikes, and guides so you just need to pedal! You'll learn about local history, interesting folklore, and zany characters along the 20 mile long railroad grade trail to Rattlesnake Lake. The best thing about it? It’s almost all downhill!
Company Picnics and Field Days
How about a giant game of connect four? Four way Tug of War? Water Balloon Relays? Join our expert staff in a station race of a lifetime where your teams compete with each other in the best possible way... with a beer in hand and a smile on their face. We'll chat with you all about your group, your activity levels, and your goals and will build a company picnic like no other.
And There's More...
