The Passionfruit Fauxjito
Recently, we headed out to Adminzcon at Amazon to help celebrate their Executive Admins and Business Managers from all over the country. We set up our trusty blender bike and plied them with an amazing mocktail concoction that our very own LaShann Ross whipped up.
IT WAS AMAZING!
If you want to try it, here’s the recipe. To do it the Compass way, you’d add it to your bicycle blender and pedal away. But I guess a blender will be just fine.
1.5oz Lyre's Non-Alcoholic White Cane Spirit
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
.25oz Passionfruit Puree
1.25oz Agave Syrup (2:1 agave to water ratio)
5 mint leaves
Soda Water
